Hunter Boehmer is our owner/operator and resident expert in real estate in Park City, UT and the surrounding markets.  Originally from Tennessee, Hunter moved to Park City in 2006.  Hunter founded Orion Appraisal in early 2012 and has worked diligently to become one of the top residential appraisers in the Utah market.  He lives with his wife and young son.  When not performing real estate services, he can be found playing all seasons in the mountains.  


James (JP) Giles has been appraising property since 2001. He started in the D.C. area and began work in residential appraising. He and his wife moved to Utah for 5 years and he continued work as an appraiser. In 2013 they returned to D.C. to specialize in residential and high value properties including waterfront, mountain houses, and 2-4 unit properties.  In 2017 he began work in commercial appraising; including 'Yellow Book', warehouses, subdivisions, retail shops, medical offices, and hotels. In 2019 he and his young family moved back to Park City to be closer to the mountains. He began to establish himself as one of the premier appraisers in the area; earning praise from top local agents, brokers, direct engagement providers, and reviewers. He is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and climber. JP lives with his wife and 2 children in Park Meadows
